Policies

You will receive an email once order is processed. 

Please allow up to 48hrs for order processing. 

Our standard shipping is 7-10 business days once order is processed.


Cancellations 

Once order is placed, customer has up to 24hrs to cancel.


Returns/ Exchanges

Royal Gem does not issue cash refunds. In store credit and exchanges will be allowed for damaged items and or if incorrect item(s) received.

To be eligible for an exchange the item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as received in and free of any odors, stains, or damage. It must also be in its original packaging. 

The customer should also email royalgemapparel@gmail.com within 48hrs upon receipt of package if item(s) are damaged, defective or if incorrect item(s) received.

These items must be returned within 7 days of sending this email. It is at the discretion of Royal Gem to accept and or issue exchange(s).

Customer must include return order form with return. This can be found @ royalgemapparel.com under return policy. This form must be completed in its entirety, if not customer risks return not being processed.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.

If you are approved, then you will be issued a store credit in the form of a gift card.

 

Only regular priced items are negotiable for exchange. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned. 


Gifts

Gift cards are non refundable.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs.
